- Does this – in any way – increase the value of the business?
- Does it have the POTENTIAL to increase the value of the business later down the road?
- Does this – improve our efficiency?
- Does it allow us to charge more?
- Does it allow us to charge more – WITHOUT having to spend more? Basically does the benefit out weigh the cost?
- Does this improve our professional image?
- Does it add value for the customer? Or increase their trust and comfort level when doing business with The Pool Boys.
- And one of my #1 questions – can it be successfully scaled OR will the business outgrow it.
